The meat we offer is young bucks that are slaughtered at 15 months of age. The process takes place without stress in calm surroundings at the farm, and the further slaughtering process, cutting and packaging is carried out at "Øre Vilt" in Gjemnes. This provides a unique, premium meat quality - simply a top-class raw material - perfect for everything from delicate roasts, to steaks, burgers or tasty stews.
